Health & Safety:

TKDogTraining accepts no liability for any injury, damage or harm that comes to attendees, their dogs or their property.

TKDogTraining will not be held accountable for vet fees or third party claims.

Your pet is fit and well & has not shown symptoms of, or suffered any illness or contagious health conditions within the last 14 days.

Booster vaccinations are not mandatory but you will not attend an event within 5 days of your dog having the Kennel Cough vaccine as this is a live vaccine.

To ensure that TKDogTraining is made aware of any allergies your pet may suffer from.

Your dog does not display aggressive behaviours towards people, dogs or other animals unless we have been advised explicitly before attendance.

You will provide full disclosure about your dogs mental & physical health & well-being & anything that may impact their training & behaviour.

If TKDogTraining deems a situation or a dog to be unsafe the session will end early or the dog will be removed by yourself.

You are responsible for your dogs training & TKDogTraining does not accept any liability for the impact or perceived impact that any training or advice given may have on you & your dog

Cancellations & Refunds:

Cancellations made by you:

Cancellations for classes can be made in writing up to 48 hours prior & a full refund will be given.

Individual 121 sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the arranged date and time, but will not be refunded. 

If you fail to turn up or cancel a session with less than 48 hours notice you will not be refunded. 

If you cancel & your place can be filled you will be provided with a refund at TKDogTraining’s discretion [minus an admin fee of £10].

Cancellations made by TKDogTraining:

TKDogTraining reserves the right to cancel a session, & will only do so in extreme circumstances. [These would include adverse weather conditions such as high winds or thunderstorms, not just rain; or personal illness or accident.]

TKDogTraining will try to give you at least 24 hours notice & discuss alternative options with you, such as transferring your booking to another date. If you are not satisfied with any of the options you will be refunded in full.

 

Media:

Photos and videos will be taken during sessions & they may be shared with other participants, on social media, on TKDogTraining's website & in any publicity or marketing materials. Please state in writing if you do not wish for images of you to be shared.

All the personal information you provide will remain confidential & securely stored & will not be shared with any third parties.

From time to time TKDogTraining may contact you with news, dates of further classes & offers. If you do not wish to receive these emails you will be free to unsubscribe at any time.

By paying for & attending a session or class with TKDogTraining you agree to all of the above terms & conditions.
