Service Description

I can't wait to share internet space with you & to chat to you in more depth about your journey with your dog, how you support your overall health & wellbeing, & balance that with life with your dog. I will have a few questions prepared but the intention is for it to be a fluid & open conversation that we let just flow as & where it wants to. If you do have anything in particular that you would like to talk about please do feel free to either naturally bring it into the conversation, or let me know & I can tailor a question to include it! On the flip side, if there is anything you would prefer we do not discuss, please tell me beforehand & I will make sure not to bring the topic up. Use the link below to book our call in, if you can't find a time that suits you just let me know! I can be relatively flexible (my booking calendar hours are my 'working' hours but for this, I am happy to have our call outside of these hours). It will be so wonderful to connect with you more deeply, share your journey & inspire other souls on their own path.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made by you: Individual 121 sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the arranged date and time, but will not be refunded. If you fail to turn up or cancel a session with less than 48 hours notice you will not be refunded. If you cancel & your place can be filled you will be provided with a refund at Matilda’s discretion [minus an admin fee of £15]. Cancellations made by Matilda The Canine Coach: Matilda The Canine Coach reserves the right to cancel a session, & will only do so in extreme circumstances. [These would include adverse weather conditions such as high winds or thunderstorms, not just rain; or personal illness or accident.] Matilda The Canine Coach will try to give you at least 24 hours' notice & discuss alternative options with you, such as transferring your booking to another date.
